[s-cars] RS2 hardware requirements...

Taka,

Thanks for the reply.

I SHOULD have mentioned that I already have the following:

Samcos, full set.

Metal x-over tube of sorts - it's more like an Apikol intercooler. ;)

993TT caliper/RS2 bracket/323x30mm rotor BBK.

I do believe the exhaust is fine - no problems of rattly cats or
exhaust gas indicators of dead kitties.

A 968 MAF would be fine - except that I'm guessing it would cost about
as much as a used RS2 turbo, and if I don't *absolutely* need it, I'll
pass until the OEM MAF bites it.

I have a 3.0 bar VMAP transducer, and the ECU is already socketed for
the proper chips. To hold off on some of the private e-mails, I'll
say this: I'm not interested in cloned RS2 chips from MRC. When the
time comes, I'll go to Bob with credit card in hand, because he's been
damn good to me, and I'm not gonna screw him to save a couple of
bucks. No more offers of cloned chips, please.

Thanks!

Thanks for the info, Taka - remember, there's an S-car waiting for you
out there somewhere...

Eric
