Elijah - Fortunately I haven't had to do this for my avant, but Fred
Munro must have because he wrote up a pretty nice how-to on S-Cars about
rebuilding the bearing tensioner (provided the spring was in decent
shape) using a new high temp service bearing. Cost at $26CDN in 2004
was a lot less than new.
