[s-cars] ETKA "E" problem solved. Now is a language problem

Have pity on me. I  realize now what the "E" problem was: The very first
question the install disc asks, in German, was which drive (in German)
do you want to use. C, D, E, or F.   However,  I thought it was asking
language, Czech, Deutsche, English or French.  So I had selected "E" for
English. (D'oh!).  That was a big mistake.   In order to get it to
install, I had to purge all the "E" drive ETKA files AND all of the "C"
drive ETKA  files that it had left from the aborted install.  That done,
the install to the "C" ("Czech" drive for me) went pretty well.  Except,
although I am sure that I selected "US English" when I was asked, I am
getting everything in Deutsche, even when I select USA as my market.  

In the older versions, there was an *.ini file that you could modify to
change paper sizes, and I think languages.  I searched all the *.ini
files but could see anything like that.  I am probably blind (and
stupid).  (Don't quote me on that later)

Can anyone point me to the language re-selection file?  (I looked
through the post titles but didn't see any language related ones)

Love ETKA 7.  Way easier to navigate with the pull down image menus
within the sub-groups.
