from my experience id have to say yes.
unless its a '96 -since the US didnt have them after 95.5- and even then it
should still be workable.. thought i read about a US-to-Canada '96.
the one modification if you will, would be the inst. cluster. unless the
Canadian models read in MPH as well as kilo's it would have to meet DOT
requirements.
cats and lighting as far as i know are the same or indistinguishable to
whoever will check your VIN, cluster, etc..
get on the DOT and EPA websites to download the 104? or 2091 something
documents... as long as you get on the US DOT site and search for
import, its as easy as hyperlinks and the effort of filling them out.
oh,, the only other thing that was sorta tough was getting the Canadian
forms translated from french to english and notarized to satisfy pennDOT for
me..
all in all, a very easy and fun experience for me.
