[s-cars] Importing from Canada

You can import a S6 from Canada into the USA. Igor Kessel imported his '97
S6 several years ago. You'll have to change the instrument cluster. I don't
know what else is involved since I live in Canada and the cool '97s don't
have to be imported :)

Watch out for Forgie; he's crusading to save Canadian S-cars for Canadians!
