I got a 'decent' functioning one. I have always been pretty liberal
with the TriFlow or WD40 thought on the pivot point. I found it gets
really stiff and that helped keep in pressed against the window.
no clue on the spray problem however, Tom. But I hope the rims look
good for you. ; )
