Can you hear the rear washer fluid pump work? If you have a little fluid coming out of the nozzle, could your nozzle be partially plugged? Try taking a piece of fine wire (.025 safety wire) and stick it in the nozzle and see if that helps. Also try to blow some compressed air through the nozzle with an air gun that has a rubber tip.
