Aaron,
The additive no longer exists.  My understanding is that the OEM Audi gear
oil has been refined and no longer needs the additive.  A possible
alternative is to add a little bit of a product called Militec,
http://www.militec.com.  I recommend doing so if the transmission is noisy.

Does anyone have info on the "gear oil additive" part # G 009 000 01?
Bentley requires 0.1L to be added to the front final drive of the 01E (CBD)
5spd trans for the S6.

I get nothing with a part # search in ETKA.
