I bought a kit from HIDSELLER on eBay and, although I have not gone down the road of replacement parts, he was great with email correspondance and was willing to dicker on the price.  I would suggest asking him (his name is Andy Chiu) about parts.
I just checked to see if he's still active on eBay and see there is a dispute with a buyer though.  Is that you?
