[s-cars] N80 Evap canister purge regulator valve wiring problem

Listers,
Does anyone know if the Bentley wiring for N80, EVAP canister purge regulator valve is not correct for a 95 S6.
According to Bentley it should be supplied +12v through terminal 2 along with N75 (Wastegate bypass regulator valve) and N71 (Idle Air Control Valve) through fuse S75 located next to the Motronic ECU via J17 (Fuel Pump Relay).
The EVAP valve (N80) is getting contstant +12v for some reason yet N75 & N71 are wired properly through fuse S75, the fuel pump relay and finally the ignition. I have no idea where terminal 2 connects to for the EVAP valve (N80).
Any thoughts?
The car starts and runs fine, I can across this while checking the IAC valve.
