[s-cars] Belly pan blues (95 S6A)

If sheet metal belly pans are developed let me suggest at least one
change in the basic pattern. Provide a trap door through which the
oil filter can be changed and oil can be drained from the
engine. That would also require some sort of fastener to keep the
door closed. Hinges and a screw or two?

Also, at least in my case, there is a piece of pipe for my FMIC which
drops a little below the "plane" of the belly pan near the horn. It
would be helpful to have some simple direct method of accommodating
such variations.
