[s-cars] Belly Pan Blues

Thanks Stott and Steve - I share your pain with the mocking part...  The
Allroad is missing most of the rubber keepers (although the S6 has all
but one or two of them), so by default the screws fall in your face
along with all of the accumulated dirt on removal! BTW, if you're going
make them from an inner tube I do recall that they looked thicker than
the typical bicycle inner tube carnage that's hanging around my garage
from my two-wheeled fleet, and they must be relatively stiff...maybe a
thorn-proof (resistant) bike inner tube???
