Perhaps not the right place, but it can't hurt to ask.

Is anyone considering ordering (or perhaps has) ordering an R8?
Any experiences yet with the process of chasing one down ~ US market?

It's my understanding the UK dealers have been taking orders for a couple of
months for a limited number of right hand drive cars that have been
allocated to their market, and have been swamped with more deposits than
there will be cars available for some time to come.
