I'm with Eric on this. The marketplace is about as useful to me as  
searching the archives (has anyone managed to succeed at an archive  
search?), whereas a posting by a longtime esteemed member of this  
list is far better for me. As long as we don't allow lots of  
comercial traffic, this is still the way to go. An example of another  
proper use of the list by commercial guys is the recent love-fest  
between Javad and Cody.
