[s-cars] Instrument Cluster Warning Light

I've seen other cars give a bulb out warning when two bulbs in a circuit are
not matched. If you replaced a brake or turn signal bulb recently, go find
another identical bulb and install it on the other side.
If you haven't replaced a bulb recently, it *may* be worth going through all
your lights and installing new bulbs. I'd start on the rear, parking, then
brake, then front parking.
