[s-cars] ETKA 7 working and easy to get for anyone who needs it

Dave et al,

Ian tells me he is in the midst of downloading it now and that he 
will put it on my FTP server after he has the complete 
file.  Assuming success the file may be available shortly.  Let me 
suggest that if everyone tries FTPing it from my server all at once 
that transfer rates might well slow to a crawl thanks to my not too 
quick cable connection.
