[s-cars] Heated Washer Nozzles

Real winter washer fluid provides protection against freezing down to minus
40C. It's 2:15 am right now up North-Up-East-Right in Quebec so I'm too lazy
for the conversion in degree F.
My best advice is: make the trip to the 2007 NE-S//Fest that Paul will not
organize as every year, while you're there fill your trunk with real winter
washer fluid (they have all the required winter stuff in CT even if they're
only experiencing poor-man winters but that's Quebecers Talk so don't take
it for granted - I mean the comment about winter, not about winter washer
fluid) and then you'll be set-up for a few CA winters, which shall not be a
reason not to come back to the NE-//S-Fest every year as the trunk can still
be filled with remaining of fine Belgiums or unused S-Parts if your winter
stuff reserve have not been depleted yet.
Or you can order winter washer fluid (Should say -40C or the F equivalent)
on the net, but you'll be missing sumthingggg!

speaking of washer fluid, mine froze during a trip to lake tahoe this
past weekend (where the temperature hit -5 degrees), and the windshield
washer didn't work at all. when i got back to the bay area and the car
warmed up, the low washer fluid went on. i refilled the washer reservoir,
only to see the fluid dripping out below the car. :(
haven't had a chance to look at it closely yet. but i did look at the
label on the bottle of blue washer fluid. it says "antifreeze" and then
"provides protection against freezing down to 32 deg. F".
