[s-cars] ETKA 7 install instructions

I run it at 1280 x 800 on my MacBook Pro in an XP session just fine.  
I've tried smaller/lower resolution and it resizes to fit the  
available screen real estate, unlike earlier versions. Give it a go,  
you'll like it.
