I think the easiest way to install it is to mount the ISO image in a program like Alcohol 120%. Howevere if you do not have alcohol 120 or want to pay for it, or obtain it by other means, there is a free program that will mount cd/dvd images very well and it is free. It is called Daemon Tools, here is the address:

Just mount the ISO of ETKA and the rest is simple.
