[s-cars] Solved: ETKA7 install problem

After my failed install on the E: drive and thinking I deleted all of the 
temp files on the C: drive, I did a search for et*.* on the C: drive and 
found a couple more files left behind by the install program.  After 
deleting those, SETUP.EXE would once again run and install on the C: drive. 
To whoever posted that it installs more than 40,000 files, I honestly 
thought you were exaggerating.  Now I know better, but that's sure an awful 
lot of files.

After copying the files the install once again hung while installing the 
hardlock driver.  I killed the hung programs, and ETKA7 seems so far to be 
running OK.  So based on my experience I'm suspecting that ETKA7 will 
install correctly only on the C: drive.  If somebody has done otherwise I 
mush have run into some other problem.

Another issue is that if you already have a C:\ETKA directory, this might 
cause a problem.  I renamed my existing C:\ETKA before running the install.
