[s-cars] Code 2341 help!!!! :)

Ok, this code is really bugging me and I need more suggestions or opinions
or directions where to go next. This code basically came up just after
completing the RS2 setup and and no codes prior to that even after putting
the turbo and manifold with just the TAP chip while waiting for injectors
and software t oarrive - nada!

As soon as I got the software and D/L injectors hooked up, that's when
I started seeing the code. I knew I was running rich on the D/L as I did not
pass emissions. It was pretty obvious at the testing station when they had
me idle at 2500rpm the CEL stayed on the whole time.  So, I got the RS2
replicas from 034 motorsports and swapped and immdiately tested idling
around 2500 rpm and no CEL which was good news. I thought that was the
end of the 2341. Nope! I still got them occasionly and randomly but this
time, just on normal speeds with minimal throttle. I would say it usually
happens when cruising on a downhill on 3rd with minimal throttle. When it
does come on, i feel a slight bog on the engine and as soon as I give it
some gas, it would be ok. Now mind you, when i'm hard on the throttle, there
are no bog downs or hesitation, she just pulls hard. :(

The POS and coils are still stock and doesn't show signs of getting weak at
all. I swapped 02 sensor (spliced) thinking the two months I was running the
D/L killed the sensor. I also swapped water temp sensor or engine temp
sensor whatever that one is on the back of the engine. I also pressure
tested the intake but didn't seem to notice any leaks or something as I
still can see 24-25lbs on a good run. hmmm

Now come to think of it, since the CEL comes on when just rolling with less
or no throttle, could it be a vacuum leak? if so, where would be a good
vacuum leak culprit here? Would vacuum leak throw codes?
