[s-cars] How hard is it to swap interiors?

Gentz,

I plan on swapping the black interior into the
Black S4 in place of the Ecru interior.

Just wondering how difficult this project is going to be.

Door panels  BTDT
Seats...unbolt and move right? May refinish the front seats while out.
Rear seats, unbolt and remove.

The hard part looks to be the trim and console. 
Anybody BTDT? I seem to recall someone posted pics
on Audiworld having dont this same project...Gabriel was that you?
