[s-cars] Heated Washer Nozzles

correction to my post: the windshield washer hose broke where it attaches
to the driver's side fender, not the firewall.  if it breaks again, i'll 
replace that section of hose with rubber tubing and save just the end piece 
of the WW tubing so i can attach it to the pump (which seems to have its 
own built-in rubber boot).
