[s-cars] UrS rear console removal write-up to be added to knowledgebase

I have submitted this write-up to fellow lister Kent McLean for addition
to the knowledgebase.  I will follow up with a write-up for the front
console also.

Following that will be a Europrice SSK install (Yes Bob R, I did take
pics of the SSK and the OEM shifter side by side), and then a central
flap motor and defroster flap motor R&R.  The temp flap motor R&R is
already there.
