[s-cars] BBS goes bankrupt

sorry, didn't see how old it was- my mistake. guess 80 hour work  
weeks have been taking their toll. but to that end- i know the  
european BBS is really not finalized from a good friend of mine who  
owns a wheel company in NL/IT.
