Look under the driver's side knee panel. There are 4 bolts in total, two
under the plastic caps, and two near the base that are visible. I believe
there are 2 (?) relays up there that pertain to the fans and will permit
them to run constantly when they fail. I just randomly pulled one out and
replaced until the fan turned off.
