[s-cars] Paint job pricing

As a side note, paint price also depends on color with red being the 
most expensive.

As far as the price, some good points were brought up.  If a regular 
fully operational shop is doing it, $1000 may be too cheap.  My guy does 
it at night in his own garage with no overhead.  So if he buys $500 
worth of paint and materials that leaves $700 for labor.  That ain't bad 
for a week's worth of evenings.
