When I needed the J-hose fixed, SHOH could have done it, easily and
cheaply (like many have said.)  But I had to get a reconditioned one
from Scott Mockry, because I needed it very quickly.

I am assuming you are not speaking of the J-hose, but of the other
hose, that has the restrictor in-line.  They can rebuild that one,
too.  BUT, if you don't tell them to keep the restrictor, the car will
groan like an old lady.  If you goto AW and search the S-car forum,
several folks talk about having the hose rebuilt, and cautioning about
the restrictor.
