[s-cars] New faltering problem

Could possibly be an issue with fuel pressure taking a minute to build, sign 
of a failing pump or regulator. Just another guestimate of course. Maybe try 
by-passing the relay one morning and letting the pump run for a little bit, 
giving it plenty of time to build pressure without the engine using the 
fuel. Would be a simple, easy and *ahem* free test anyways ;-).
