Easy peasy. Get one of the guys with cracked ECS brackets to go through with 
the exchage (whether he/she uses RS2's or not), then they can take the new 
brackets  to thier local machinist and say "I want this in 'X' grade steel", 
X being of course whatever the masses here decide would be best (I bet the 
machinist would have good insight too). I know a really good machinist that 
could likely make a run of them, no clue on price, but I could find out. A 
group buy would be a possibility.
