[s-cars] New faltering problem

Here's what happened to me:

1.8T conversion kit from 034. Went about 2-3k miles with not a
hiccup, and all of a sudden, the car would die when warm, after about
5 minutes of running.

[delete long troubleshooting and replacement parts story]

Swapped the OEM gear in, bingo, no more problem.

At least 5 other people that I know of, with 034 kits, have had similar trouble.

The brew-your-own kits? No reports of problems. Apikol kits? No
reports of problems. Just 034. And don't even think of trying and
getting your money back. They *will* try and up-sell you to the H.O.
coil kit, however.

I love 034's committment to power parts for our cars, but I'm less
than happy about the outcome of the 1.8T coil kit issue.

Try swapping your stock stuff back in. See what happens.

There was some list talk of other cars doing the same post 1.8 swap, but I never saw anyone post a resolution.
