"Mmm, hadn't thought of that.  My only concern is whether the ECS bracket 
puts the caliper further out or closer in.  I'm tight on wheel clearance and 
can't go much further out.

The ECS brackets place the brakes about 3mm outwards than RS2 brackets. I 
know because I strapped some ECS hubs & brakes with 928 calipers and it 
doesn't fit. You would have to mill off 2.5-3mm off the RS2 brackets, so I 
have custom brackets made to fit the original ECS rotor assemblies. I also 
used Paragon Performance for the SS brake lines. They will also custom make 
your brakes if you want different lengths or end angles.
