I've had good service from Europcar    www.europcar.fr

Check their website to get a location.  It's almost impossible to
park in Paris, so pick it up as close to your departure time as you
can.  

If you pay for it with a credit card that gives good insurance
coverage you can save quite a bit by skipping full coverage
through the rental agency.
