	LIke Charlie I have had good success with europcar.  And I will 
never travel in Europe again without a GPS.  In fact I just today 
received the Europe SD card for my Garmin.  But I would definitely 
buy the optional insurance.  Ran over a buckled curb in a rental Golf 
last summer in Antwerp.  Took out the lower spoiler and both inner 
fenders.  Damage was not subtle.  I had a pending charge on my credit 
card for over $500.  Apparently took europcar a couple days to 
determine I had full coverage.  Pending charge disappeared.  Cost me
