[s-cars] Preventative Maintenance Measure: Crank Position Pin

There are more and more cases of the crimped on crank position pin on
the stock flywheel taking early retirement and taking off to places
unknown. Not only our UrS cars but also the ABY S2's etc.

I know one local club member lost his crank timing pin and was able to
get his father (former millright (IIRC) to weld it onto the flywheel
through the starter hole. On that basis, I wonder if it isn't smart to
do this NOW, before the issue shows up (very difficult to diagnose - the
crank position code shows up on any engine that won't start, pin or no
pin.)

Discuss.
