[s-cars] Confession: Cheap tires on my S4

Well i can report that i got 4 of Kumho's "Ultra High Performance Summer
tires", Ecsta SPT (KU31) for under $80 each installed. great tire plus
they have a $40 rebate if you buy a set, like getting $10 off each.

tire rack price is now $69 and i had no problem getting my local PetBoys
to price match and save me the shipping plus mounting price.

in the end with lifetime balance after rebate it came to $310.00 total
or $77.00 each complete out the door.
