[s-cars] Brake rotor direction

Yep, that's what I understand. I just wondered if there is a common way to
have the drilled holes oriented - turning down towards the front, or turning
up, and if there is a reason to have them one way or the other. If not,
what is most common? Not very important, I suppose, but what the heck, I
don't want to look at the car and think, "damn, the rotors on most cars are
oriented the other way". Just a little thing that might bug me.
