I have been holding on to an 86 Scirocco, now I can't help
but wondering if a conversion kit meant for a rabbit would
work with a Scirocco?
I've been saving the car planning on doing a TDI conversion
on it "someday", and then process my own biodiesel. BUT it
could be fun to make it electric and charge it with a solar
electric panel....teh hold up is how many miles could I drive
on a charge? Local driving isn't a problem, it's my 2-3 times
per week commute from Kalamazoo, MI to Toledo, OH ~ 300 miles
hmmmm
thoughts?
