[s-cars] Ac problems, need help

Most high pressure problem are related to temperature, either fan speed or
clogged condenser or radiator as already mentionned. Running some water, low
pressure, through the radiator from the engine bay toward the outside would
be my first test.

Sometime, a clogged expanded valve can also cause the problem in extreme
condition (1hr idling with A/C on is kind of extreme). It's located under
one of the hose going into the evaporator, fairly easy to change and cheap
(~20$ at the dealer) but you need to empty the AC system so I'd first check
fans and radiator.
