[s-cars] Fuel Gauge not going to Full

Randy

The sending unit is in the fuel tank, you gain access by removing a
round plate in the trunk (3 screws) and then you can see the top of
the tank and the sending unit.

I believe there is a write up on this, I'll see if I can find it.
