The Toyota FJ Cruiser runs counter to typical configurations:
The 6-speed manual comes with full-time AWD.
The 5-speed automatic has only part-time 4WD.
Only problem could be actually finding a manual... and the slightly lower
gas mileage... 19mpg hwy for the manual, 21mpg for automatic.
The FJ Cruiser is an interesting mixup of mostly 4Runner parts with a few
non-US LandCruiser bits thrown in. They did focus quite a bit on giving it
serious off-road capabilities. And IIRC, the center diff on the AWD model
is a Torsen... what more could you want?
