The best way to check for fuel pressure is at the fuel filter. Crank
the engine a few turns then crack open the filter connection. If it the
pump you will get no sepage.
Problem could be ignition. Try switching your POS units since that is
very easily done with a phillips screw driver. Don't lose the nuts on
the back side. With a recent fill up, you may have gotten some bad
gas. Here in Colorado, we had one station that put diesel in one of the
gas pumps.
