I have had four leaks In my URS4 experience.
1. bad o-ring in coolant tubes underneathe the intake manifold. This was
caused by a bad re-install by previous owner.
2. The plastic heater hose outlet on the back of the head. This one
happened on two different cars that I have owned. The plastic is notorious
for warping I would look here first.
3. Crackes resorvior tank. Looke for caked crud (dried up fluid). This is
another common one.
4. After run pump. THis one is usually catastrophic.
Hope this helps.
Jack

Subject: [s-cars] Coolant Leak
Quick question, anyone know the most common cause of a coolant leak in the
S4/S6? Mine was leaking very slowly for nearly two years and now I can't
keep anything in the reservoir. Obviously time to fix it, but I'd like to
hear what y'all have experienced.
