[s-cars] Audi S5

Uh, what same comparison can be said about a 4.8L V8 and a 7.0L V8 from GM.

What I'm comparing was the 4.2 L V8 Audi FSI engine-chain drive motor. Its
used in Q7, A8, RS4 and R8 and soon to be S5. Its the same base engine, but
certain parts are different. Basically same block, and I mean same BLOCK.

I don't think the 4.8 and 7.0 GM V8 has same parts factor here.
