I picked up an A6 double DIN cage, trim, ashtray and shifter trim plate from
Shokan and a climate control panel off ebay. It's a pretty straightforward
swap that gives me the full double DIN capability...the RNS-E then plugs
right in. One issue is that the RNS-E looks for CANBus, so I'm installing a
CANBus emulator...

Not sure how you'd install a double DIN cage in the C4, but I know it's been
done...electrically you'd face the same challenge of the missing CANBus...
