[s-cars] Aren't the new TT and the new A5 and S5 in direct competition?

I was prompted to ask the question after watching a couple of very cool
TT ads and a Fifth Gear TT review on YouTube yesterday.  I took Audi's
hype to be Waaayyy more upmarket than you suggest, i.e. the TT vs an
M3.

But I could be wrong.

Not at all.  TT = Small Haldex Golf platform.  A5/S5 = Large Torsen
new
dynamic VAG platform.  Completely different target markets.  Kind of
like saying the A3 is in direct competition with the S6 Avant IMO.
