crossed here.

Yes I started the Great Lakes GP with Bruce, though he ended up holding
the bag as 2 of the 10 backed out. F'n lame - I hate people. Looking
forward to claims, Keith had his first with no issue. Sweet.

Well yes this is the UrS4/6 list. There is a UrS8 list but there's like
no traffic and I don't really see the point of it. I don't really
differentiate honestly, in my mind it's the "S-Car-List", as the email
handle suggests. No worries Teddy, like I said there's a whopping SEVEN
of us on there (that I know of, maybe another straggler or two?), and
Ken would make a whole eight. No worry on any Coup certainly so rest
assured. Bruce, Edweirdo, Me, Super Keith, Manny, Mark P. and Jim
Levitan (A8L'er). What I note is all those names are a bunch of gamer
WOT petrolhead trackjunkiewannabe hoors. Pretty telling.

But what I think you'll find is as the 4/6's age there will likely be
more of you to migrate. As you've likely garnered from the enthusiasm,
the things just f'n ROCK. No joke. So much so that diehard me who also
vowed never a shitomatic could give 2 shakes of a rat's deek less about
that fact. It's not even a fart in the wind in my mind, ever. There's
just so much more to the car than shifting that the boner in yer shorts
pushes that thought right out the roof <<<poof - gone>>>.

Kid you not.

And if I wanna shift gears I'll grind through the non synchro'd 1st in
der TR3! 4kq, RIP.

Heh, I just walked past a window here where I could see der Alumibitch
backed into it's space - BAM! it screams back at me, them spacers set
such a sinister menacing stance, they do. Golly.

HTH, ORASAT, IT.

interesting. that's what happened to my friend's '01 VW jetta VR6.
it wouldn't start, and when we tried to use VAG-COM on it, we weren't
able to get responses from any of the modules in the car. they all
communicate through the instrument cluster.

based on that, i told him the IC was the most likely point of failure
and to replace it. it's a $600 item, though, so he decided to take the
car to the dealer for their expert diagnosis. the dealer spent several
hours diagnosing a faulty IC, repaired it, and handed the car back to
him along with a bill for $1100. doh!

did you get in on that group purchase from great lakes warranty corp?

i thought this was the UrS4/S6 list, but lately it's been morphing into
the UrS4/S6/S8 list. i may have to get one eventually - too bad they
didn't come with a stick in the US.
