Hi all,

I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Martin. I have just bought
a
'95 S6 (Green/Tan).

Looking forward to learn from you guys. Cheers!

Hey Martin,

I have been here for about a year and I have yet to learn "the
language". The natives have this gibberish they speak of which only a
few know its full meaning. The language gets particularly encoded
around the winter Steamboat event and the summer S-fest.

Luckily the locals seem harmless and scare easily. So, welcome aboard,
don't make any sudden moves and enjoy the show. ;-)

WELCOME Martin! And, beware!!! Muwhahahahaaa. You're in good hands
here, let me be the first to warn you to go bury your wallet in the
backyard somewheres before these here guys start modding and
troubleshooting your car - which they will. Great folks.

Ah, don't let poor Dave fool ya - no secret codes here - naaaaaaaa.
Never. Nope. No, really! Codes, certainly (esp. the ones thrown by
Alumibitch) - but never secret. Just gotta pay attention 'tis all, and
more importantly - get involved. I spend more time with these dolts
than I do me "real friends", that's how cool everyone here is. So, come
here with an open mind, a closed wallet, and a tongue in cheek, sit
back, and enjoy the ride. Fun times ahead for yas.

HTH, ORASAT - IT.

-Paul no codes here just watch more Simpsons / Family Guy / Monty Python
/ do more Just Not Righting and all will be good in the world K.

cars, or something and stuff and things - I think

ps... ahhhhhhhhhhh... another Scirocco migrant!!! Methinks you'll fit
right in here - many of us cut our teeth on 'em, me included ('81S)
pps. Doug Landetta called me out of nowhere last night, now living in
FL, was trying to find an OBD-II port (bwha!) in a '95 car bought from
CT - is this you possibly Martin?
