[s-cars] Sciroccos (and GTi's) and Audis

Used to compete (heavily) with a Shelby Charger at regionals
and Divisionals.  Okay, well, the driver. BTW, learned from him
that Charger's (and Omni's) can't shift btw 1st and 2nd on hard
(pin type) left turns. The linkage (cables) totally bind when the
suspension loads up on hard lefts.
