Hi Mike,

You should be fine with an offset of ET40.  ET38 *should* work as well
depending upon how wide your 255 tires *really* are.  Unfortunately not
all tire manufacturers measure tire widths equally.  I've seen several
"255" tires that were not actually 255mm wide.

With ET40 you should fit snugly, though fender and suspension clearance
will be tight, though not extreme.
